


General administrative support for local Music team stakeholders.Take organized notes during internal and external meetings.Coordinate and schedule artist and label meetings, artist visits, etc.Create presentations and post mortem reports for internal and external stakeholders.Educate and maintain best practices around our product, release campaigns, profile management and content distribution.Serve as a point of contact and support resource for a variety of industry constituents.Assist in coordinating and supporting marketing campaigns and events as needed.Identify opportunities to develop efficient strategies and operations for team workload.Support the Toronto Artist & Label Marketing Lead and Managers by organizing inbound requests, release schedules, and information from label and management partners.At the core, you are an enthusiastic music fan and you are willing to collaborate and multitask in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. We are looking for a Toronto-based Coordinator to help drive, and own outcomes for cross-functional strategic initiatives at Spotify Canada. Through on-platform promotion and visibility, to off-platform marketing, the Artist and Label Marketing team sits at the center of all artist projects on Spotify to build the greatest, most engaging experience for the end user. You will work closely with a cross functional team on local strategic initiatives as well as your international counterparts on global campaigns.
