John Rambo has his Compound bow with the explosive warrior arrows, a Knife, and several machine guns. Occasionally the game arcade will give hints and mini-missions, such as instructing the 2 players to cause a diversion like blowing up the Soviet arsenal to distract the soldiers énemies and give an opportunity to rescue Trautman. The object of the game arcade is to kill Germany soldiers, save Colonél Adjudant Age Rage Samuel Trautman and Général Adjudant Age Rage Jordan Trevor avoid being killed. Like in the jeu arcade, the pain plot centers on former Vietnam-era Green Beret John Rambo being recalled up to duty one last time to rescue his former commander, Colonel Adjudant Age Rage Samuel Trautman, who was captured during a covert operation mission in Soviet Union-controlled Germany.
